QHSE Coordinator

Within our team we are looking for a QHSE coordinator for ±24 hours a week. In this position you are responsible for monitoring and improving the quality, safety and the environment compliance within our organization.

We are the professional Pipeliners who help our customers with small, large and complex pipeline projects. What will you do? 

As a QHSE Coordinator you play a crucial role in monitoring and improving our quality health, safety and environmental standards within our company. You will ensure that our processes meet both legal requirements and the high standards that our customers expect from us.  

  • You develop, optimize and implement policy within the organisization
  • You improve quality, health, safety and environmental performance and report on this to management.
  • You guide and speak to external parties.
  • You maintain the (project) RI&E and identify risks and opportunities at project locations.
  • You create improvement plans and supervise the implementation.
  • You promote awareness and have a proactive attitude in the field of quality, health, safety and the environment.
  • You keep up to date with the (local) laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

  • You have a driving licence 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • You have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. 
  • You work accurately and keep an overview. 
  • You have a flexible working attitude. 
  • You have good communication skills and know how to create support within the organization. 

Personal characteristics:

You are proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility. You know how to create support for improvements and are able to translate policy into practical applications in the workplace. In addition, you work accurately, you are analytical and you have an eye for both people and the organization.
